Public Day

Parallel to the conference, a public day will be organized by Local Organizing Committee mainly for the Chinese college students on the morning of July 26 at Century Hall I in New Century Hotel. The program for the Public Day will be found in the Brochure which will be distributed to all the participants upon registration.

Registration

All the participants should register immediately upon the arrival in the Secretariat Office on July 23 in order to get the badge and Brochure of finalized and detailed schedule and scientific program. There will also be a welcome desk in the lobby of New Century Hotel to help the participants to check in.

 

Poster Session

For the poster session, each author will be provided with a poster board (1x1.5m) on which to display a summary of the paper. Material for attachment will be available. Poster papers will be on display during the entire day. However, the authors will be present at the poster during the poster session time specified in the program. Refreshment will be provided during the poster session.

Oral Presentation

Specially invited presentations from space agencies will be allotted 30 minutes. Other presentations will be allotted 20 minutes. Please allow time for discussion during your presentation. It is very important to keep to the allotted speaking times.

Equipment such as an overhead projector, a screen and a laptop aiding oral presentation will be located in each session room. Please copy the PPT in the laptop located in the session room before the session.

 

Complete Paper Submission and Publication

Contributed papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings to be published after the conference.

After the acceptance for both oral presentation and poster session, the complete papers can be submitted electronically to the conference secretariat for publication at the following e-mail: sunq@nasic.spacechina.com or submitted on site at Beijing Conference.

The basic guidelines for manuscripts are as followings:

1. Only papers in English will be accepted for publication. Authors must check their manuscripts for correct English and spelling prior to submission.

2. Each author is requested to cite the final ILEWG Conference Number (e.g.116), as it appears in the final program, as the identifier in submitting a manuscript. This number is assigned when the paper is accepted for presentation and poster session.

3. The deadline for manuscript submission will be August 31, 2006.

Lunch

The lunch will be provided to the participants from July 23 to July 27 at Zhonghua Hall II on the second floor and the badge will serve as coupon.

Transportation

A shuttle bus will pick up the participants at the eastern gate of Beijing Friendship Hotel after COSPAR at 14:00pm on July 23 to Beijing New Century Hotel. Those who need to take this shuttle bus please inform the conference secretariat through email: liuxiaohong@cnsa.gov.cn by July 10.
