Chinese and Russian sides signed the Minutes of The Sixth Meeting of Joint Subcommittee on Space Cooperation under Regular Meeting between the Chinese and Russian Premiers

The Sixth Meeting of Joint Subcommittee on Space under Regular Meeting Between Chinese and Russian Premiers.

(CNSA Website) The Sixth Meeting of Joint Subcommittee on Space under Regular Meeting Between Chinese and Russian Premiers was held in Beijing on June 27, 2005. Administrator of CNSA Sun Laiyan, Chairman of Chinese side, and Mr. Perminov, Direct General of Russian Federal Space Agency and Chairman of Russian side, presided over the meeting together.

During the meeting, Vice Administrator of CNSA Mr. Luo Ge and Deputy Direct General Mr. nosenko, respectively on behalf of their sides, gave reports on the development direction and activities of the their own nations. Mr. Sun Jiadong, General Designer of lunar exploration program, introduced China's lunar exploration program. The Russian side also gave report on the situation of the cooperation on space science research between the two countries.

The Subcommittee debriefed and approved the Working Report given by The Secretaries General of the subcommittee of the two sides. The both sides also confirmed some collaboration projects which will be the base for extending and deepening the space cooperation continuously between China and Russia.

After the meeting, the two sides singed the Minutes of The Sixth Meeting of Joint Subcommittee on Space Cooperation under Regular Meeting Between Chinese and Russian Premiers.
